Information we process

We process account details, workspace configuration, customer identifiers you provide, AI request and token counts, model names, estimated costs, revenue inputs, and basic service logs. AICostTrack does not require or intentionally collect AI prompt or completion content.

How information is used

We use this information to operate and secure the service, calculate usage and margin analytics, provide support, and improve reliability. Workspace data is isolated so authenticated customers can access only their own workspace.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Paddle as merchant of record for billing. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their services.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and billing obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the support channel provided in your account. Billing records may be retained where legally required.

Security and updates

We use access controls and tenant isolation to protect customer data. No online service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be posted here or communicated in the application.
