Free trial

The 7-day trial lets you evaluate AICostTrack before the first charge. Cancel through the billing portal before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Subscription charges

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. Canceling stops future renewals and keeps access available through the end of the current paid period.

Billing problems

If you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, contact us through the support channel in your account as soon as possible. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes approved refunds back to the original payment method.
