Using AICostTrack

AICostTrack provides AI usage, cost, and customer-margin analytics. You are responsible for your account, API keys, the accuracy of data you submit, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.

Subscriptions and the trial

AICostTrack Pro includes a 7-day free trial that requires payment details. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it renews automatically at $19 USD per month plus applicable taxes. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payments. You can manage or cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Service and acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful data. We may suspend access when necessary to protect customers, the service, or comply with law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep AICostTrack accurate and available, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Analytics are estimates and should be checked against your AI provider invoices before making material financial decisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the application or on this page.
